Thanks to Scar Potter, we now have a new and very interesting photo of Daniel Radcliffe and Jim Broadbent, where Daniel, as Harry Potter, is playing the piano… possibly a talent he perfected during his time on Broadway?

Due to having witnessed “resignations of immensely dedicated people within MSSS and the increasing demoralisation of staff whom [she has] come to know and admire over the ten years of our association,” J. K. Rowling has stepped down from her ‘patron’ position of the Multiple Sclerosis Society of Scotland. However, she still supports the cause, stating that her financial support of a research project at Edinburgh University would continue. She also stated:
“I also remain committed to financing future research into the treatment and causes of Multiple Sclerosis, and to campaigning for better care and treatment of people with MS in Scotland, which is the MS capital of the world.”

The National Literacy Trust runs an annual project aimed to motivate children to read by promoting sports figures’ favorite books. Wayne Rooney, who plays English football, said that Harry Potter and the Philosopher’s Stone “really gets your imagination going.” He was among 20 English Premier League players to reveal their favourite book.
